NYS Fair Cyber Monday Sale: Get $3 Fair Tickets

As part of their Cyber Monday promotion, the New York State Fair is offering $3 admission tickets ($3.19 with tax and service fee) for the 2019 fair.  This is 50% off the regular advance sale price and 70% off the full price at the gate.

These tickets will be going on sale Monday (November 26) starting at 6 a.m. and going until midnight.

Tickets can only be purchased online at this etix website.

There is a limit of four tickets per customer.  Tickets are not refundable.  People buying admission tickets during this sale can either print them at home and give them to staff at a Fair gate for entry or show the ticket on their phone to the gate staff.

The 2019 New York State Fair runs from Aug. 21 to Sept. 2.

NYS Fair $200 Lifetime Admission Passes

The New York State Fair has recently announced that it will be offering lifetime admission passes for the first time ever.  If you’re interested in getting one, here’s what you need to know:

⇒ These lifetime passes will allow someone to go to the fair every day for the rest of their life

⇒ They will go on sale for $200 starting Monday, May 14th at 6 a.m.

⇒ Be quick – only 200 of them will be made available for purchase on the fair’s online store

⇒ The lifetime passes will be in the form of a metal medallion (as shown in the image at the top of the post)

⇒ The owner’s name will be engraved on the back of it and can be only used by the owner

• Valid photo identification will be required at the gate along with the medallion
• Pass can be in the name of only one person and cannot be used by anyone other than the name on the pass
• Lost medallion passes will not be replaced

⇒ If you are able to buy one, they will be available for pickup at the fair’s administration building starting on August 1st

• You will receive a voucher that you’ll need to print and bring with you, along with your photo ID
